I think Tyrael has a good point. Maybe MIT should return :). Like with revs we were thinking of an idea for a training clan for revs. Putting all the players that needed training into the training team. Kam came up with the idea and called this revo, which is actually a better idea than i first thought. Before we had new members jumping straight into the revs first team if you will. Now with revo we can assess the new players and members that need training and i they impress then i they will become full revs players.

With MAD i think their are some players who are in need of training and has been called upon to set up a training date and server where this can happen. So you too can assess who needs training and they will go into MIT and those who do not need it go into MAD. Either that or are you planning to have a mad recruit then straight into the mad team? Your choice this was just my opinion.

New members that join the clan are known as Recruits. When you recruit help ^^. So they will be wearing the r« clan tag until they are made fully mad members. Or you can go with the MIT idea :D.

Imho a real 'mad training clan' has the disadvantage that you have to administrate two clans. This may divide the whole clan in two clans. Some MAD-People must take care of the training clan and the rest don't care about it.

So i think its better to simply have an training status for new recruits - if they behave right (in every sense) they go straight to MAD otherwise not lol

So everyone is able to concentrate themselfs on the one and only mad clan and live the real clan life aww

Nevertheless i think some tests for recruits (winning against an Member and so on) would be good.

i dont think it would make such a big difference, it's not like we recruit a new player everyday so we'll only have a few recruits.... the administration could be the same, the only thing that would change would be the status, tag and the fact that recruits cant recruit lol
