        As Oggs already said;

        Every Admin can appoint somebody to be a MAD Member ...

        So thats no problem at all i think

for removing a player, we would normaly have an admin vote, in the admin section ;)

but there are also levels of activity, for instance, i added fist back to the roster, because he's playing the 360 version of UT3 & even hosting a server, so he's active, & still a MAD, but not here....

so the MAD clan is also in other games??
